This is a great way to get fruit trees into a small back yard. This is smaller than the dwarf orchard that Ben and I got from Summerstone Nursery, but we've had lots of trouble with that company not giving us the right varieties of trees. Burgess is much more reliable.
This is a great place to find a wide variety of chicken breeds at a good price. MPC can ship small quantities, however, the special heater that is required is a little pricey... Still, if you want 5 bantam silkies, this is a great option. They also have a lot of great products to go with the chickens. Backyard chickens are the way to go when it comes to protein production on the sustainable microfarm.

This is a DIY site for Solar Eagle, a company that sells solar products. Apparently the person who runs the company is not only a prepper, but an off-grid enthusiast. I got a lot of great information from here.
